CREATE YOUR RECIPE
Create an original recipe using at least one of the below 48-52 oz. canned condensed soup varieties as an ingredient. Feel free to use healthy versions like Healthy Request®!
The judging criteria used by Campbell’s Foodservice chefs and experts will cover the three categories: nutrition, ease of execution and trend relevance.
Our chefs will evaluate the overall ease of making each recipe in a healthcare operation and assess the number of ingredients used (we recommend 10 ingredients or fewer).
Recipes will be evaluated based on how well they reflect current culinary trends and the demands of today’s patrons.
Submit your recipe and information by December 1, 2022, at 11:59pm EST. Please note this contest is open only to chefs, dieticians, and operators currently employed in healthcare foodservice. Employment will be verified.

FIND OUT IF YOU WON
In early January, we’ll reach out to the creators of the five winning recipes via email. We’ll post the winning recipes and operators’ names on this page on January 31, 2023.
RECIPE FAME COULD BE YOURS
All five winning recipes will be photographed and featured in the Campbell’s Foodservice 2023 canned soup recipe book. For each of the top three winning recipes, we’ll create a recipe demo video at Campbell’s World Headquarters kitchen. The operator who created the recipe will get to be part of the filming process via a video call. The resulting videos will be promoted on Campbell’s Foodservice social media channels, where followers will be able to vote for their favorite. The winner of the “public vote” will receive an additional $500.
